We tried it first
In the building of our head office in Apeldoorn in 1999, we used the then available integral and sustainable technology. We like to give a good example and aim to be the testing ground to promote the further development of sustainable technology and solutions,
By applying sustainable technology in integral solutions, e.g. heat pumps, solar panels and geothermal heating and rainwater collection systems, we can also contribute to a better environment. We not only save you time and energy in this way, but also money.
Social commitment
We find it particularly important to be involved in the community. Sometimes it seems very normal to have and to do every-day things. But this does not apply to everyone and when we are able to help out we like to do so. Our contribution to society is done by supporting the community in and around our company sites at Apeldoorn, Amersfoort, Almere and Almelo, because we want to maintain good relationships and be involved in local events. This focus is related to our key values: to supply quality and be committed to what we do. When we want to do something, we want to do it well, and it should be beneficial to all.
Support from within
Socially responsible business practices must be more than skin deep. The commitment of our employees is therefore very important. For instance, the applied sustainable solutions are very noticeable within the company, our staff drive hybrid cars whenever possible, and they are motivated to propose sustainable solutions.
We also think it important that our employees do their work with pleasure and are able to develop personally. At Hollander techniek the person is the central focus, this is quite logical because the employees make all the difference to the implementation of the policy.
