The company policy of Hollander techniek includes a quality plan describing the objectives in the field of Quality, H&S and Environment. The plan is the basis for quality thinking and working at Hollander techniek and is based on the conditions which arise from the various standards for which Hollander techniek has been certified.
A quality system exists which is supported by this quality plan. The quality system manual describes in detail how Hollander techniek must implement the stated objectives, which qualifications and responsibilities are required of the personnel, and which measurement and control points have been established. This all comes from our strategy of continuous improvement.
Safe working is paramount to all this. Hollander techniek is a VCA** certified company and makes high demands on the working conditions and equipment of the personnel. For instance, Hollander Techniek makes personal protective equipment available to the personnel, provides a safe workplace (both in-house and in the field) and has trained all the operational and managerial staff according to VCA. When necessary for projects, a Safety, Health & Environment plan is compiled in which all the aspects are listed and established. The working conditions are inspected on a regular basis, in order to guarantee a pleasant and safe working environment.
Besides the working conditions, when implementing our projects we give a lot of attention to environmental matters. Waste flows are established in advance and strictly regulated. Measures to prevent environmental damage include the collection of burnt-out lamps, batteries, accumulators, capacitors and chokes. These are collected separately and transported to certified companies for disposal.
Hollander techniek is a service providing company, and 75% of the work is carried out on external sites. Commercial vehicles are used for this purpose. These vehicles are organised as efficiently as possible by means of a transport management plan.
